In light of the recent catastrophic fires that raged through the Carmel region of Israel, Gan Asia has committed to help. We have teamed up with JNF (the Jewish National Fund) in an effort to help replant as many of the trees lost as we can.
Our initial goal is to assist via financial donations, with enough funds to replant 1,000 trees by Lag Baomer of 2011.
What we’ve set up is for all orders placed at Gan Asia for $40 or more we will offer an opportunity to make a $5 donation to this effort which will be matched by Gan Asia.
Of course all contributions are welcome and appreciated and all money donated shall go to this wonderful and important effort to keep the forests of Israel thriving.
